No. ClinixCore can be deployed in the cloud, on-premise or as a hybrid solution. We recommend the cloud option for most facilities because it offers automatic updates, off-site backups and easier multi-branch access — but on-premise deployment is fully supported for facilities with specific data-residency or connectivity requirements.

ClinixCore uses modular pricing — you only pay for the modules you actually use, based on the number of concurrent users at your facility. We offer three subscription models: Annual, Monthly, and Per Patient Visit. To get a tailored quote, please book a free consultation or call us directly.

Yes. ClinixCore is built to be flexible. We configure forms, departments, services, drug catalogs, billing rules, doctor schedules and reports to match your exact workflow. Larger custom features can also be developed by our engineering team on request.

Yes — when deployed on the cloud, ClinixCore can be accessed from anywhere on any internet-enabled device. Access is managed through role-based permissions, geo-location and geo-fencing controls, so you decide exactly which users can log in and from where.

Absolutely. All data in transit is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. Our cloud infrastructure sits behind multiple firewalls, with role-based access, audit logging and automated backups. ClinixCore is also a registered Data Processor under the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

Absolutely. Feature requests can be submitted through the portal and reviewed by our product team. Many improvements come straight from our hospital partners and become part of the standard product.

Updates are rolled out automatically with minimal disruption — usually outside operating hours. Users are notified in advance, and major updates include guided change notes inside the system.

No hidden charges. Once we agree on a contract, the financial side is final. Optional add-ons like bulk SMS bundles or special integrations are always quoted transparently before activation.
